Product Information

All of our products are made in the U.S.A.

You can have drains anywhere from a few days to several weeks. We’ve found that most people continue to wear our products even after their drains are removed due to their restricted arm movement and the ease of dressing.  We wore ours for several months during reconstruction surgeries.

Yes! Our clothing allows easy access to chemotherapy ports, healing wounds, and breast reconstruction expanders making it an ideal choice POST post-surgery.

We recommend washing your top before wearing. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. No bleach, softener, or frowning. Ensure Velcro is closed prior to washing.

Drain Pocket Top: Sizes range from XS-XXL.  Find your correlating Dress Size on the Size Chart to determine the best sizing for you.

Shower Scarf: Available in a convenient, one-size.

Order Information

Most orders ship the same day or next business day, most often via UPS. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you need your order by a specific date, please include that information in the “Order Notes” section during check-out. We will adjust our shipping method to ensure you receive your order in time.

Please email Orders@AudreyLiz.com as soon as possible.  We cannot make changes to an order once it has been sent into fulfillment, but we will work with you to try to get the issue resolved as best we can!

We are currently not set-up to process exchanges, so we suggest returning your merchandise for a full refund and placing an order for your preferred item(s).

NO pricing or credit card information is shown on the packing slips, however the name and billing address provided during check-out WILL be shown by default. Please let us know immediately after placing your order if you need us to adjust this for you.

All orders include instructions on how to go about returns + a diagram illustrating the features of the Drain Pocket Top and Shower Scarf (assuming one or both of those items is included in the order).

Please note we can only provide refunds to the original payment method. We will happily provide store credit or work with the recipient to make sure they have the sizes or colors they need. Our email address is provided in the return instructions should they need to get in touch with us for any reason.
