This Privacy Policy describes how Positive Priorities LLC dba Audrey Liz (“Audrey Liz,”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and disseminates your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.AudreyLiz.com and its sub-domains (the “Site”). PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
SITE VISITORS. FONTS. This Site uses font files from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To properly display the Site to you, servers where the font files are stored may receive personal information about you, including your IP address and information about your browser, network, or device.
DATA RETENTION
We retain Personal Information collected from Users for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements for as long as we deem necessary.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

PRIVACY OF CHILDREN. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not collect or maintain information from anyone known to be under the age of 13, and no part of this website is designed to attract anyone under the age of 13. We do not sell products or services intended for purchase by children. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

By using the Site you agree that we are not responsible for: (i) any disclosure of your personal information made by you to a third party through your use of the Site; (ii) any disclosure of your personal information obtained illegally from us; or (iii) any accidental disclosure of your personal information made by us.
