Refund policy
We proudly stand behind all of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will happily provide a full refund within 60 days from the date the order was delivered.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date
- Items cannot be worn, washed, or altered
- Original tags must be attached
- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization
For health and hygiene reasons, masks and bandanas are FINAL SALE. Please contact us if you have any issues with this purchase.
Gift cards and other items noted as Final Sale are exempt from being returned or refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return upon our discretion.
Exchanges
We are currently not set-up to process exchanges, so we suggest returning your merchandise for a full refund and placing an order for your preferred item(s).
Gifts
Please email us at Returns@AudreyLiz.com if you received your item(s) as a gift and need a different color/size. Refunds can only be credited to the credit card or original payment method used.
TO INITIATE A REFUND & FREE RETURN:
- Email info@AudreyLiz.com with your purchase information in the body of the email: Name, Order Number, Item Description, Quantity, Reason For Return
- We will email you a pre-paid shipping label.
- Print the shipping label via a link in the email.
- Pack your item in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your sealed package. Be sure to remove or cover any old labels with the new one.
- Arrange for the package to be picked-up with the designated shipping company, OR drop off the package at the closest location near you.
- We will send you an email once the return package has been received and your refund has been processed. It can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process refunds. You may contact us at info@AudreyLiz.com with any questions about the status of your refund. Please include your order number in the email.
